Date / Time: Friday 7th December 7.00pm for sit down 7.30pm

You have a choice of either a two course meal for £28 or a three course meal for £31 with filter coffee or tea and mince pies. Other drinks are excluded which attendees will purchase themselves:

Starters options (for those selecting 3 courses):

  • Parsnip, Carrot and Coriander Soup with Parsnip Crisps,
  • Smooth Chicken Liver and Brandy Pate with Red Onion Marmalade,
  • Pan fried Mushrooms in a Port and Cream Sauce,
  • Deep fried Brie served on a bed of Mango and Lime Coulis,
  • Mozzarella Cherry Tomato and Rocket Salad with a Balsamic Glaze,
  • Scottish Smoked Salmon

    Mains options (for all):

  • Roast Norfolk Turkey with roast potatoes, chipolata, bacon roll, stuffing and vegetables,
  • Roast Leg of Pork with roast potatoes, chipolata, bacon roll, stuffing and vegetables,
  • The following are all served with Dauphinoise potato and vegetables
  • Steak & Stilton Pie with short crust pastry,
  • Chicken Breast poached in a Masala cream and mushroom sauce,
  • Grilled Barnsley Lamb Chop served with Cumberland Sauce,
  • Scottish Fillet of Salmon served with Lemon & Parsley Butter
  • Vegetarian Goats Cheese & Mediterranean Vegetable Wellington

    Dessert options (for all):

  • Traditional Plum Pudding with Brandy Sauce,
  • Christmas Trifle (made with Satsumas, Cranberries and Brandy,
  • Rum & Black Cherry Roulade with Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Toffee and Honeycomb Cheesecake with clotted cream
  • Brandy Snap Basket filled with Winter Spiced Fruit Ice Cream
  • Tiramisu served with Amaretto Biscuits
  • Cheese and Biscuits served with Celery Sticks and Grapes
